1. 8 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Powerscourt Centre from and against all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities arising in any manner from your entry to and use of www.powerscourtcentre.com other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.9 Law and jurisdiction
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

1.11 Local Duties and Taxes
All Gift Vouchers are free from VAT as this will be charged on specific goods when purchasing in Powerscourt Centre using the gift vouchers.
Where there are any local duties or taxes payable on receipt of goods, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

1.12 Secure Shopping
All financial transactions on the Powerscourt Centre website are hosted and processed by Worldpay – www. www.realexpayments.com. On completing a transaction you will receive a Confirmation Order/Receipt to your email account. You will find details on this receipt for Realex Payments (formerly known as payandshop.com) if you have any queries on your purchase, alternatively you can contact Powerscourt Centre and we will forward your query to Realex Payments. All pages have maximum 128K security.

1.13 Delivery
All Gift Vouchers will be delivered using An Post Registered Post. A reference number will be forwarded on to the customers once the vouchers have been posted.

1.14 Returns Policy
When you purchase a product online you have a ‘Cooling off period’ of 30 days, this means that you have the right to return the product unused within this timeframe. If you are returning goods you must pay for the return postage yourself.

You should inspect the product as soon as you can and if it is damaged you must contact us immediately. We are obliged to rectify the problem for you, once it has been satisfactorily deemed as being damaged, in this case we will forward you a new version of the Gift Voucher you initially purchased.
