Margaret O’Rourke is the creative vision behind jewellery brand MoMuse. Since 2004 Margaret has taken inspiration from regular trips to the top European fashion events, to design stylish classic pieces ideal for the modern woman.

The new Spring/Summer 2016 collection has been designed and hand finished in Dublin blending gold filled components with Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones.

MoMuse launched its Fine Jewellery Collection of 9ct gold and 9ct rose gold jewellery in 2014 to celebrate 10 years in business. This beautiful collection is designed, cast and made in Dublin. The collection features a range of delicate pendants, bracelets and earrings.

A signature element of the 9ct gold Fine Jewellery Collection are the diamond engagement rings and wedding bands. These understated, elegant rings are stackable and layer beautifully to create a timeless effect.

As well as designing their own collections of jewellery, MoMuse stock a number of Irish designers. Margaret’s personal history with Mucros Weavers has led to MoMuse stocking their signature range of scarves, handwoven in Killarney. In addition Margaret supports the growth of many Irish brands such as Eilis Boyle Cashmere, Leaf & Stitch, Simple Things Gifts & Cards, Merle O’Grady Jewellery, Natasha Sherling Jewellery, ISLE Jewellery, Una Burke Leather Accessories and CarveOn Leather Accessories.

This past September 2015, MoMuse unveiled a very special limited edition design in support of Irish suicide and self-harm charity, Pieta House. Shining in glistening gold, the limited edition MoMuse gold-filled pendant, is engraved with word hope, the message which underpins the work of Pieta House today. Carefully considered and thoughtfully designed, the beautiful gold-filled ‘Hope’ pendant ultimately raised €18,265 for the deserving charity, in just 4 weeks.

The ‘Hope’ pendant has been completely sold out since October, however the overwhelming response from the public and press has left a lasting impression on us all here at MoMuse.

Many of our longtime customers will have known us as part of Bow. A co-operative of three designs: Margaret, Eilis Boyle & Wendy Crawford. Bow has since parted ways, affording each element of the beloved store to grow into its own.
